Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, baby formula, or items with an expiry date.
  • Personal care items, including skincare, hygiene products, and diapers.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Refunds
